Watch Me Grow lets you create a photo journey for your child. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you must be the child's parent or legal guardian (or have their permission) to upload photos of a child. Use the app lawfully and kindly — don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that isn't yours to share.
Your photos, videos, and captions remain yours. By uploading them, you give us permission to store and display them within the app to you and anyone you share your journey link with. We won't use your content for anything else. You are responsible for what you upload and for who you share your journey link with.
The app is free to start, with a limited photo trial. Paid plans and one-off deals are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time. One-off deals (like the flash deal) grant premium access for a fixed period and do not auto-renew.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time by emailing team@watchmegrow.app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.
The app is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep your memories safe (including backups), please keep your own copies of precious photos too. We're not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app. We may update these terms occasionally — significant changes will be announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
